At 14 kilometers, the shoreline of San Remigio town, which is located in the northwestern part of Cebu and 109 kilometers from Cebu City, is the longest in the province.

The town, which is positioning itself as the next diving center of the province, also has eight marine sanctuaries covering a 25- to 30-kilometer area. Among its underwater wonders are six caves and a four-kilometer reef with a 40- to 60-meter drop.

Like other dive spots, the town also boosts of a great variety of corals and aquatic species. If you fancy just relaxing at the beach and whiling away the blues, it has several resorts to choose from.
